These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by joya9 bdt, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers made available to registered players in Bangladesh. By accessing joya9 bdt, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
Your use of joya9 bdt constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. 1.4 Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with principles of fairness, transparency, and standard international online gaming practice. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification. During any verification hold, withdrawals will be suspended until the process is complete.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on joya9 bdt. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, joya9 bdt will close all but the original verified account. Any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.
3.2 Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your joya9 bdt account. This includes your full legal name (matching your government-issued ID), date of birth, valid email address, active mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security

3.4 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

3.5 Account Currency

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per method and are displayed within the deposit section of your joya9 bdt account dashboard. All deposit methods must be held in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your joya9 bdt account within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank. joya9 bdt does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside joya9 bdt's control.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your joya9 bdt account, you must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. joya9 bdt reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request where there is reasonable cause to do so.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times
joya9 bdt aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedules. 4.5 Responsible Use of Funds
Players must only deposit funds that they can afford to lose. joya9 bdt strongly discourages borrowing money to fund gambling activity. 5. Betting & Casino Rules
5.1 Placement of Bets
All bets placed on joya9 bdt are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to check the details of each bet — including market selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. joya9 bdt will not accept requests to void bets made in error where the bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, joya9 bdt will investigate and apply a fair resolution in line with its standard procedures.
5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting
joya9 bdt offers betting markets on cricket fixtures including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI series, and Bangladesh international matches, as well as other sports. All cricket betting is subject to joya9 bdt's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs, joya9 bdt's void/settlement rules as published in the Sports Betting Rules section will apply.
5.3 Casino Game Rules
Each casino game available on joya9 bdt — including live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti Live, Andar Bahar) and RNG slot games — is governed by its own individual game rules. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before wagering real money. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for certified games are available upon request.
5.4 Maximum Win Limits
joya9 bdt applies maximum win limits per bet and per event across all product categories. These limits are disclosed within the relevant sections of the platform. joya9 bdt reserves the right to void any winnings that exceed the published maximum win limit, and to pay the stated maximum as the full and final settlement of such a bet.
5.5 Prohibited Betting Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on joya9 bdt and will result in account suspension, cancellation of bets, and forfeiture of any associated winnings:
- Arbitrage betting (exploiting differences in odds across markets or platforms).
- Use of automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to place bets without genuine human decision-making.
- Collusion with other players or third parties to exploit market pricing or bonus offers.
- Deliberately placing bets on all outcomes of an event to guarantee a profit regardless of result ("dutching" for abuse purposes).
- Exploiting system errors, incorrectly priced markets, or technical malfunctions.
5.6 Bet Voidance
joya9 bdt reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: palpable pricing errors, incomplete match data, system errors, or evidence of prohibited betting activity. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance. joya9 bdt's decision in such matters is final, subject to the formal disputes procedure outlined in Section 8.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by joya9 bdt are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Specific promotion terms take precedence over these General Bonus Terms where there is a conflict between the two. joya9 bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your joya9 bdt account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the criteria specified in each promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

Strategies that joya9 bdt considers abusive include — but are not limited to — placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, using bonus funds in games that contribute less than 100% to wagering (as specified), and systematic exploitation of free spin or free bet offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, joya9 bdt reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated bets, and suspend the account.
6.5 BPL and Seasonal Promotions
joya9 bdt regularly runs promotions timed around major cricket events — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh international series — as well as seasonal offers around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to Bangladesh players. Each such promotion is governed by its own specific terms which will be published alongside the promotion and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

- One bonus per player per promotion.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
- Bonus validity periods apply — unused bonuses expire.

7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your joya9 bdt account at any time by contacting the support team at support at joya9-bdt.com. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method subject to the standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
joya9 bdt provides self-exclusion tools for players who feel they need a break from gambling. You may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked, you will not be able to log in or place bets, and you will be removed from all marketing communications. Requests for self-exclusion are processed by the support team within 24 hours of receipt. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
7.3 Account Suspension by joya9 bdt
joya9 bdt reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of any of the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, including unauthorised use of payment methods.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
- Underage gambling or ineligibility as defined in Section 2.
During a suspension, withdrawals will be held pending investigation. joya9 bdt will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.
7.4 Account Termination
Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, joya9 bdt may permanently terminate the account. Upon termination for breach, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. joya9 bdt will apply this provision proportionately and will document its reasoning in each case.
8. Liability & Disputes
8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joya9 bdt shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from betting or casino activity, platform downtime, errors in odds or game outcomes, or delays in deposit or withdrawal processing. joya9 bdt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.2 Errors and Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction that results in a game or bet outcome being incorrectly displayed or calculated, joya9 bdt reserves the right to correct the outcome and recalculate affected balances accordingly. Where a malfunction has resulted in a player being credited with winnings to which they are not entitled, joya9 bdt may recover those funds from the player's account balance. joya9 bdt will communicate transparently with affected players in all such circumstances.
8.3 Complaints Procedure

8.5 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless joya9 bdt, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or any activity conducted through your account.
